A very special sculpture… have your own made

I often create sculptures and paintings to order, allowing the client to craft their own narrative behind the artwork.

When I model my sculptures, it all starts with a journey of thought for me, which gives rise to the words behind the sculpture. Then something magical happens, where my hands work based on the words I have formulated in my head.
This culminates in a finished sculpted piece.

When I take commissions, the client gets to share the story behind their thoughts.
It could be a description of a confirmand/graduate, a description of a long-lasting marriage with vibrant love for each other, or a story from someone who has lived a long and good life and is nearing its end, wanting to leave loved ones a strong and unique memory.

I receive a story... some words, fragments of a life, one that is in the present... or moving towards something.

You determine the price from DKK 2500… and the theme/story to be conveyed in my expression.

I determine the size based on the price.
It's up to you to decide if it should be one of a kind, or if I may make 7 more numbered pieces of the same, so that it falls under "unique art".

The first one is the same price for the person who ordered it, as the 7 sculptures that follow. A price that has been agreed upon and the size fits accordingly.

It's an exciting way to work... I am forced to think in a specific direction, and with others' stories, I create words and sculptures that sometimes take on a new and different expression than how I usually work.
