Full size, the driver was modeled by me after examining an original driver.
The size will depend on the granite; here, the driver is at its original length and takes up the width it would with an angled stance for a swing.
The sculpture is cast in bronze; the driver, golf ball, and tee have dark patinas and polishes on selected areas of the bronze. On the grip of the driver, there may be an option for engraving a symbol or name in small letters.

I am not a golfer, but kind people I know helped me understand the size and shape
… one of many shapes of drivers.
I am considering whether to make a smaller version at some point.. I will, of course, do so concretely if a golfer or golf club requests it.
This sculpture was created upon request and order for a golf-playing couple, as a gift for a special occasion from their children and families. The sculpture is intended for the garden of the golf-playing couple, it can also stand beautifully in an entrance hall or living room.
I love these kinds of tasks where I am pushed into unknown territory.. I love researching areas that I have no hobby, interest, or knowledge in at all.
I often work on such inquiries and tasks and find them truly exciting and developing.
